Painting using traditional materials is something I rarely get round to these days unfortunately.

While I find painting therapeutic and enjoyable, my graphics tablet in conjunction with Adobe Photoshop require substancially less space, preperation and tidying up than acrylics or oils, and because of this I just dont have the time to do as much painting as I'd like.

However when I do get round to setting up a canvas and getting out the paint, it tends to be a long term project I'm embarking on. For instance the last painting I completed took 3 - 4 years for me to get round to calling it finished.

While I am a capable painter, my digital work has clearly taken priority, mainly due to the above listed reasons, and the sheer speed with which comparable work can be completed using a digital medium.
